Christina has advised arts and culture organizations on membership models, donor recruitment, fundraising strategies, and collection acquisitions. She has also helped NFT founders with social media, partnerships, and project curation.

She serves on the Emerging Collectors Council at the Norton Museum of Art and previously served on the fundraising advisory board at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Asian Art and on the boards of the Museum Trustee Association and Tephra Institute of Contemporary Art (formerly Greater Reston Arts Center). She has presented at the annual meetings of the American Alliance of Museums (AAM), Southeastern Museums Conference, Midwest Association of Museums, and the Museum Trustee Association. Her thought leadership on board leadership and the next generation of museum leadership has been featured in The Curator Journal, the AAM blog, the BoardSource blog, the New England Museums Association quarterly magazine, and the Nielsen Consults podcast. She has a master’s degree in museum studies from Harvard University focused on art museum board diversity and a master’s degree in anthropology from Yale University focused on the history of antiquities collecting. She previously worked in prospect research at the Smithsonian’s Office of Advancement.

Beyond museums, Christina has a long history of giving back to her community. She is the Director of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee for Broward and Palm Beach Counties, serves on the grants and communications committees for Impact the Palm Beaches, and is a member of the Young Everglades Patrons. She previously served on the boards of the Yale Club of DC and Reston Children’s Center and was a Girl Scout troop leader.

She also serves on the boards of Honey Badges NFT DAO and Computer Cowgirls NFT DAO, both of which award social impact micro-grants. She previously managed social media for Meta Angels NFT. She previously hosted a weekly Twitter Space, the Web3 Women Collective. She is also an avid collector of female NFT artists and supporter of social impact projects.

Eric brings boutique and Big 4 consulting expertise and extensive experience advising nonprofits on finances and operations. He advises clients on process improvement, organizational effectiveness, digital transformation, and strategic planning.

Eric serves on the Stetson University College of Arts and Sciences Advisory Board, the Palm Beach County Gator Club, the Young Friends Executive Committee of the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Emerging Collectors Council at the Norton Museum of Art. He previously served on the Wolf Trap Center for the Performing Arts’ Associates Board and the board of the Reston Association. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
